• An internet based system giving you instant access to up to date information on the progress and current status of your conveyancing transaction.
• You will have access to the system throughout your transaction up to legal completion.

How Do I Access The System?

• To access the system      Click here      and Log on to the Case Tracker system.
• You will be issued with a user name and password which can be found in our initial letter.

Who Will Have Access To My Details

• Estate Agent and/or Mortgage Broker – access to the history in order to view the progress that has been made.
• They will have a different user name and password so your details will be protected at all times.

How Will It Benefit Me?

• Kept up to date on the progress of your matter.
• Access to your current status and case history around the clock.
• Reduces the number of telephone calls requesting information and chasing you for updates.
